The Contracts Committee meets at such times and frequency as the Chairperson shall determine. The minimum frequency of meetings is once a week, subject to there being cases to review or other business for the Committee.
In general, the Contracts Committees shall meet in open session. However, when deemed necessary by the Committee, it may convene in closed session ("executive session"), and the deliberations shall be limited to its members and the Secretary.
