The Freight Forwarding Team shall appoint freight forwarders for PGs placed by UN/PD with EXW and F-delivery terms in order to check all consignments received and verify completeness and conformity with the PG instructions. Given below are the steps in the delivery and receiving process as established by the UN/PD.
Discrepancies Between Collected Goods and the Terms and Conditions of the PG
If any discrepancy is observed between the goods collected and the terms and conditions of the PG, the appointed freight forwarder may:
1.
reject the consignment or accept it with clear notation on the delivery notes as to the discrepancy, and
2.
advise the UN immediately.
