The UN must, in order to dispose of its surplus or unserviceable equipment, supplies or other property, put up the property for competitive bidding for which Solicitation Documents must be provided. It is necessary to ensure that the necessary information is provided and the best possible method of disposal is chosen in order to maximise the benefit for the Organisation.
