Contract management and administration is a key element in the procurement process to ensure that Best Value for Money will be achieved throughout the acquisition process. Contract management involves vendor performance evaluation and rating on timely delivery, quality and assistance to the Requisitioner. Contract administration involves contract amendment or extension, contract closure, and maintenance of the contract file.
