| Requisitioners shall be responsible for maintaining a current log of all expenditures for Institutional or Corporate Contractors (ICC) that they engage. The log shall indicate the following: |

The body or programme for which it is intended |
|
|
|
|
The name and nationality of the individuals performing the work under the ICA |
|
|
|
|
The commencement and expiration dates of the ICA |
|
|
|
|
The estimated work-months required to complete the ICA |
|
|
|
|
The fee or other remuneration and the basis for its calculation and payment |
|
|
|
|
Any travel costs and an evaluation of the vendor's performance under the ICA |
