  Dispute Resolution

Contract management includes resolving disagreements and disputes between parties regarding contractual rights and obligations and interpretation of the contract. The UN is committed to fair, orderly and prompt resolution of disputes with vendors.

The Requisitioner and Procurement Staff are each responsible for ensuring that the
procurement case file contains a description of their respective dispute resolution activities, stating exactly what was discussed and how the dispute was resolved.
