  Module Summary

There are specific requirements for procurement cases coming up for review by the HCC and the LCC. The Procurement Offices, working closely with the Contracts Committees, are expected to fulfil their responsibilities to guarantee smooth functioning of the procurement case under review.

Procedures have also been identified for Pre-clearance Measures, where cases may be cleared before coming up for a formal review, and Emergency Measures concerning urgent submission of procurement actions. Ex Post Facto presentations are also considered provided they satisfy all applicable procedures and requirements.

In this module we have discussed:
Review of cases by the HCC and LCC
Processes to be followed during submissions to Contract Committees
Role and responsibilities of Procurement Offices with respect to Contract Committees
Pre-Clearance Measures and Emergency Measures
Procedures governing meetings and decisions of the Contracts Committees
Ex Post Facto presentations

This is the end of the Module. Please take the Module Quiz to check your learning result.
