The procurement process may include appropriate quality assurance measures both prior to the issuance of an award and thereafter throughout the life of the contractual relationship, in order to ascertain whether the vendor has systems in place to meet the requirements of UN.

The Procurement Officer/Assistant shall include relevant wording in the solicitation documents requesting invited vendors to submit proof of adherence to the applicable quality assurance levels.
