The Director, UN/PD establishes a standing Vendor Review Committee (VRC) at the UN HQ for the purpose of serving as a review board for vendor-related issues.

Local VRCs at OAHs and Field Offices
In the OAHs and Field Offices, a Local VRC shall be established using the same guidelines. The Local VRC shall have the same functions and duties as the HQ VRC. However, the OAHs and Field Offices may refer their vendor issues to the HQ VRC if and when accepted by the Director, UN/PD.
