Field Missions and OAHs having a Vendor Registration Officer (VRO) shall evaluate and process registration applications for Levels 1 through 4.

Field Missions and OAHs that do not have a VRO shall utilize the UNGM Local Vendor Registration feature, Field Missions, OAHs, Tribunals, and Commissions shall register local vendors anticipated to be awarded contracts under the informal solicitation process and low value/direct procurement. Applications for Levels 1 to 4 will be evaluated by the Vendor Registration and Management Team (VRMT), UN/PD.
